Professor Artur Dubrawski from Carnegie Mellon University visits Lukasiewicz – PIT

From November 20 to December 8, 2023, Professor Artur Dubrawski, a world-renowned scientist from Carnegie Mellon University, Robotics Institute (Auton Lab), USA, is visiting Łukasiewicz – PIT.

The visit of Professor Dubrawski was organised within the framework of a Fullbright grant and is an opportunity to work out a strategy for the development of artificial intelligence at our Institute, in particular with regard to the activities of the Research Group of Information Technology, which carries out work in the field of AI. The visit is being coordinated by the Center of Digital Transformation at Łukasiewicz – PIT. During yesterday’s meeting (23.11.2023) between the Professor and the team of the Research Group of Information Technology, the main areas of interest of the group and assumptions about its further development were discussed.
